- I get them all the time with my internal 33.6 Sportster (ROM DATE 10-95). My
- ISP just upgraded from 14.4 unknown brand to 28.8 Racal Datacomm modems. They
- say they are having some problems, which they are working on, so I've been
- hoping my "halts" would go away.

- The "halts" really slow down performance. I sometimes think I should have
- stayed with 14.4.
