  25. I get them all the time with my internal 33.6 Sportster (ROM DATE 10-95). My 
  26. ISP just upgraded from 14.4 unknown brand to 28.8 Racal Datacomm modems. They 
  27. say they are having some problems, which they are working on, so I've been 
  28. hoping my "halts" would go away.

  30. The "halts" really slow down performance. I sometimes think I should have 
  31. stayed with 14.4.
